Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026. This policy describes the parent-operated, sticker-only release.

RAWR helps parents scan their children's paper drawings, prepare the artwork and order physical matte vinyl stickers. Children create on paper; parents operate the app. Stickers are produced in the EU and delivery is limited to EU countries. RAWR does not require accounts, display advertising or sell personal data.

Information RAWR handles

RAWR stores drawings, settings, and local order history on the device. Drawings remain on the device unless a grown-up uses checkout or the user chooses to export them.

Paper capture, background cleanup, and light-color correction run on the device. Scanning does not send the photo to RAWR's servers or an AI provider and does not send an installation identifier or make a scan-quota request.

When you continue to payment, RAWR sends the ordered sticker artwork, parent email address, shipping details, basket contents, price, and order identifiers to its backend. Stripe handles payment; RAWR does not receive or store full card numbers. Fulfilment details are sent to Prodigi so the physical stickers can be produced and shipped. Resend sends order-related emails.

You may optionally provide a phone number at checkout. If provided, it is stored with the order in Supabase and shared with Prodigi and its delivery carrier solely for delivery contact and tracking updates where supported. It is not used for marketing. Providing a number does not guarantee SMS updates. You can leave it blank and still place an order.

Quote and checkout requests use a random app-installation identifier and IP address for fraud and abuse prevention. These identifiers are not used for advertising.

Continuing to payment uploads the artwork and order details before payment completes. This information can therefore reach the backend even if payment is cancelled. Stripe may also process payment-component usage, device and fraud-prevention information when its payment service is used.

How information is used

• Save and reopen drawings on the device.
• Process paper drawing photos into transparent artwork on the device.
• Create payment sessions for physical goods.
• Produce and ship ordered stickers.
• Send order confirmation and tracking emails.
• Apply abuse-prevention limits to quote and checkout requests.
• Respond to support, privacy, or safety reports.

RAWR does not use children's data for advertising or profiling.

Service providers

• Supabase provides backend functions, database services, and private order-image storage.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Prodigi produces and ships stickers.
• Resend sends order-related emails.

These providers receive only the information needed for the feature being used.

Permissions

RAWR requests camera access to scan paper drawings. It may request photo-library access to import drawings from the gallery and save finished drawings to photos.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Drawings stored on the device can be deleted in the app. Uninstalling RAWR removes its local drawings and settings from the device.

Order records and order images may be retained as needed for payment, fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. To request deletion or help with an order, use the contact email above.

Security

RAWR uses HTTPS for network requests. Android backup is disabled for app data, and iOS drawing and order data is marked to avoid automatic backup where supported.

Children

RAWR is intended for adult parents and guardians, not for children to operate. Parents select and submit artwork for their orders. Avoid including unnecessary personal details such as a child's full name, face or school in submitted artwork. Contact us with privacy, access or deletion questions.
